We are looking for an intern for an art gallery:

We are looking for a person with an art background (preferred) marketing, business welcome must love art. You would gain from the experience of working for an art consulting company and gallery.

We believe this internship can help someone as a stepping stone to other art related work or as a way of helping an artist with their career by understanding the workings of a gallery. Interns will gain experience in all aspects of the company, as our thorough intern manual goes through mostly everything you will ever do here.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a career in the art world and the business aspect.
It is very important that you can follow instructions well and can ask questions when not sure of something. We want this to be a good educational experience for you!

You:
-- Degree or studying Art History or Fine Art (preferred)
-- Previous experience within the art world (preferred)
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-- Works well in a team oriented environment
-- Passion for art
-- Professional demeanor
-- Meticulous and extreme attention to detail
-- Can follow instructions well
The full-time internship is for three months for a total of 70 actual days.

Please note: this internship is unpaid, I will offer the small bonus will only be paid upon successful completion of the internship.

In some cases, school credit is offered for students.
We ask that you are available and are willing to make the commitment for the entire three months before we consider you for this position.

The hours are typically 10:00 noon -5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is possible that at some point during your internship, your hours will switch to 10:00 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m. You are required to be here five days a week and six hours each day.

We're sorry but we cannot make exceptions to the schedule, as there is nobody to fill in for you.

This internship will begin ASAP and will end in May/ June, (or whenever your 70 days are completed). If you are returning to school, and these hours conflict with classes, or have travel plans, other than over the holidays, you would not be eligible for the internship at this time.
