The Digital City Forum is a Silicon Valley initiative that will organize a series of 8 events to review the position of the different parties involved in the United States as well as one special event on what is happening abroad.

'Wednesday May 11th, 6:30PM to 9PM
FTTH (Fiber to the Home): From City Decision to Services Deployments.

In our second event, our goal is to have a better understanding of why cities want to deploy FTTH (Fiber To The Home), how a project this size is managed, with what technology behind and what are the services we will see once this infrastructure is deployed.

As a reminder, this second event is part of a larger program that will help us understand the different aspects of the "4 WAYS PLAY" (Video, fixed telephone, wireless phone and internet access) that is going to hit us in the future coming from the service providers of the future being the telecom service providers, the cable companies, the cities or others not identified yet.
